This is a past event. Participants appreciated Vicki's playfulness in the intimate setting of a "beautiful & joyful studio." They felt the structure allowed for the freedom to explore issues they had been unable to express previously.
- "The personal journey was rich."
- "It's fun! It's transformative! It's powerful!"

Don't Think! Paint!
Theme: Releasing/Receiving
facilitated by Vicki Lind
Saturday, May 19, 2007
9 a.m.-3 p.m.
$70, which includes all materials
7 max, so RSVP quickly! You wanted more, so Scarlet Star Studios is very excited to host Vicki's Lind's "Don't Think! Paint!" workshop again! This time we'll explore a different theme: as we move past the cold and the rain, it's time to shed our old skins and look forward to basking in the warmer, lighter days of summer. It's out with the old, in with the new!
This workshop is for non-painters* whose need to weed out their old ideas to let new ones grow. What needs letting go now? What do you want to receive next? Explore those questions with Vicki as she demonstrates how painting can reach the non-verbal, intuitive voice that will reveal your new hopes & dreams. With kind guidance, Vicki's role is to help you ignore that inner voice that asks "How does it look?" and allow you to find the key to acceptance & release.
(*painters may attend if they will park their prior knowledge of art techniques at the door!)
